I’m having a problem in motivation. I am so lazy all I do is sit in bed and watch TV yet…. I am losing weight. It is obvious why though. In Albany, I ate like shit. Every week I would eat ice cream, Burger King, Domino’s, chips, and more lbs. Back in Queens, I eat a lot better. So I’m already almost 5 lbs down BUT I do still want to run and lift weights. Luckily now that I am starting a job to get my lazy ass up, I can fix my sleeping schedule and start getting my life in order.
I guess we all have different motivation. It turns out I have to be forced.
